Processing of All Orders

Processing of regular orders take 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

                                                                         Shipping

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please wait 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated into the system. Once your order is shipped, you can expect it to arrive within 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that USPS/UPS may have delays. I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers.

                                                                      Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, your order will start to process and no cancellations can be made.

                                                                         Returns

We accept returns within 7 days after delivery under the following conditions:

  • Your order arrived to you damaged.
  • You received an incorrect product.

We make sure that every single order is thoroughly checked to ensure each customer receives everything that they’ve ordered. In the event that there was a mistake on my end, you may request a refund or a replacement.

                                                      Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered it is now the carriers responsibility. If your package was lost in transit, please notify me so I can help you with this. You may be able to file a claim with UPS or USPS for lost packages during transit. 

No shipping refunds - if your package is not able to be delivered due to incorrect address input and it is returned, no shipping refund will be given. Refund will be for products only.
