Shipping Policy

     

 Emails are sent with tracking numbers once the shipping label is printed for your order. If you have only received an order confirmation email, your order has not been shipped yet. 

 Products are not likely to melt during shipping but avoid leaving package in the heat for an excessive amount of time. Please track your package to make sure you will be home when it arrives. If not it will be best to let USPS hold the package for pickup.

 B-Fly Essentials is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED ITEMS! 

 If you have not received your package and it says delivered online, please file a claim with UPS or USPS. Once a claim has been filed the carrier will investigate. We do not issue any refunds for packages that states DELIVERED. Also check with your neighbors to see if anyone may have signed for you. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact UPS to file a lost/stolen package claim. 

  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT! After your order is placed and you realize you put the wrong address, contact us IMMEDIATELY to change it. Once your order has shipped, it will be TO LATE to change your address. If your order gets returned back to us because you provided the incorrect address you will be responsible for paying the shipping fees again.
